UN and Obama March Into Irrelevancy After Anti-Israel Resolution

The United Nations passed a resolution against the settlement activity of the state of Israel. 

Actual text here contains the following: 

- Reaffirms that the establishment by Israel of settlements in the Palestinian  territory occupied since 1967,  including East Jerusalem, has no legal validity and constitutes a flagrant violation under international law and a major obstacle to the achievement of the two-State solution and a just, lasting and comprehensive peace;
- Reiterates its demand that Israel immediately and completely cease all settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, and that it fully respect all of its legal obligations in this regard.

Interestingly, Venezuela, one of the countries that proposed the resolution, has its own problems.

The Venezuelan government must feel so strongly about this issue that they need to take time away from focusing on solving their own crises that they must speak out against Israel's 'crimes'. Maybe the article from Quartz should be updated to 'Venezuela is too poor to import food and medicine. So why is the government sponsoring biased resolutions against Israel?'

This resolution is nothing but one-sided as it could potentially:
 - weaken the negotiating position of Israel 
 - encourage enemies of Israel to withhold concessions and escalate military aggression
 - enable any country to label Israel as a rogue state
 - create a foundation to institute economic sanctions and travel restrictions on Israeli citizens
 - establish a basis for a future UN resolution declaration of a 'Palestinian state'

This sounds like a punishment. But, importantly, it will only increase and not mitigate the probability of war in the Middle East.

The UN has an extreme anti-Israel bias as evidenced by the 226 resolutions concerning the 'Israel and Palestine' issue since its founding in 1948 - see the full list here. Many of these resolutions contain language such as 'condemns' and 'deplores' against Israel.

With the second exile in the year 68, some crazy Roman renamed the country Palestine (mostly because he couldn’t pronoun Philistine). Even in the almost two thousand years, that the country was called Palestine, there was still a presence by its designated owner, the Jews. Before 1948, the Palestinians were the Jews. I have neighbors who were born here before 1948 who joke about the fact that they were the real Palestinians. They became Israeli’s when the country was once again named Israel. In 1964, with the forming of the Palestine Liberation Organization (a terrorist group), they started a very well organized propaganda campaign and pretended that the Arabs who live in Israel were the real Palestinians.

The British Mandate (in effect, British rule) of Palestine, including the Balfour Declaration, was confirmed by the League of Nations in 1922 at the San Remo conference. It came into effect by treaty in 1923. The boundaries of Palestine were drawn by the British and included modern Jordan, which was called Trans-Jordanian Palestine (you mean there is a Palestine that exists today that is much bigger than Israel?). The declaration included the wording “His Majesty's government view with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people.

This eventually led to the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 by the newly formed United Nations. The problem was that the UN took away 82% of the land designated for the Jews including most of the area that was biblical Israel. It was well known that the United States State Department advised the then President Harry Truman to sign in favor of the Jewish state, but only because the US was convinced that 4 mighty Arab armies would obliterate this new nation. How noble of the US and many other Jew-hating countries who thought they had the next final solution. Hashem had other plans. To this day the US military will never teach the tactics of the Israeli army used in the 1948 war since miracles aren’t part of military tactical training. Israel had no usable effective army, no armament with which to fight and only One top General to lead them – Hashem. I guarantee that Israel in every conflict that followed (1956, 1967, 1973, 1982, 1991, 2006, and all the terrorist attacks in between) was not as mighty as they thought and had to rely on great miracles to experience the success they enjoyed.

So what does it mean when you see in the news how Israel is constantly trying to occupy Arab land? It is the most effective propaganda from terrorist groups and has the complete support of the Jew-hating media and Jew hating-nations of the world. All of the land from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea is Israel. The only way that land can be given to someone else is by a legal treaty such as the treaty that resulted from the San Remo Conference, 1920. That treaty officially by international law gave the Land of Palestine back to its owners, the Jews. The UN resolution of 1947, the Oslo Accord of 1993 and any other bogus agreements to give the land away are not legal by international law – it can only be accomplished with a treaty. Another consideration is that any country that is attacked and wins territory in that war, keeps it. Why does Israel have to give back land to Arab terrorist organizations after Israel won the war – land that belongs to the Jews in the first place?

The Arabs of the Middle East have about 650 times the amount of land that the Jews have. If we talk about Islamic countries, we increase to over 1000 times the land area that the Jews have. The Jews are in great shortage of land, the Arabs are not. What is even worse is that the Arabs don’t even want the land. When we hear speeches in English they talk of the horrors of the Jews stealing their land. When they talk in Arabic (in their mosques, for instance) they tell their true agenda – we want all the Jews dead. What is even sadder is they say “first the Saturday people, then the Sunday people.” In other words the bottom line is to kill all the infidels and make the entire planet Islamic. They are making great strides since the Jew-hating world supports their efforts even though it would mean the demise of all non-Jewish nations. I wish Israel’s propaganda was that good!!!!!

The Israeli Perspective

According to the Torah, it is permissible for Jews to give up land if it will save lives. In fact, there were Orthodox rabbis that supported this 'land for peace' process during the negotiation of the Oslo Accords. Due to continued acts of terror, they abandoned their support for the process. A more recent example of this failed concept was the Israeli disengagement from Gaza in 2005. This move did not enhance security for Israel as evidenced by the rise of Hamas and the subsequent military engagements in Gaza. [Just view details on the Hamas charter here or here - some examples: 'strives to raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine' and 'there is no negotiated settlement possible. Jihad is the only answer.'] It would be completely naive and foolish of Israel to turn over additional disputed land in the hopes that a moderate party can take over. There can only be a negotiated resolution between both parties.

The Arab Perspective

But, aren't the Israelis just dragging their feet? Yes, they hold the land and are running out the clock. But haven't countries over the past thousands of years done the same thing? Israel has been repeatedly attacked, has won wars and has maintained possession of their land. Russia just annexed Crimea two years ago. In the height of hypocrisy, Russia voted in favor of the UN resolution.

So, what about all of the displaced individuals of the 'Israeli occupation'? How can there be justice for them? Congressman Jerrold Nadler drafted a bill in the US House of Representatives that puts things in a different perspective:

H.R.4664 - Displaced Jewish Refugees from Arab Countries and Iran Act.

It contains the following:

A comprehensive peace in the region will require the resolution of all outstanding issues through bilateral and multilateral negotiations involving all concerned parties.

Approximately 850,000 Jews were displaced from Arab countries and Iran since the declaration of the State of Israel in 1948.

The United States has demonstrated interest and concern about the mistreatment, violation of rights, forced expulsion, and expropriation of assets of minority populations in general, and, in particular, former Jewish refugees displaced from Arab countries.

Since the Arab countries have taken such an active role in the 'peace process', why shouldn't they be held to the same standard that applies to Israel? Shouldn't they acknowledge that Jewish refugees were displaced from Middle Eastern countries and are entitled to compensation? According to this report, it isn't likely:

Expected Outcome

There is zero probability that Israel will comply with this UN resolution. It would be national suicide for them to unilaterally cede land to an enemy that openly wants to destroy it, undermine their negotiating position and weaken their military advantage. 

So, wouldn't it be nice if the world awakened to the fact that Israel is the size of New Jersey, holds a fraction of all the land in the Middle East, and is never going away. Israel could annex the land in dispute. Displaced Arab refugees would be compensated generously by the wealthy Arab nations and Middle Eastern Jews would indefinitely defer demands for compensation from their countries of origin. There would be true peace in the Middle East. 

No, this isn't happening either. 

Since UN resolutions are very difficult (if not impossible) to overturn, I suspect Israel will step away from their dealings with the UN. The UN will rightly become irrelevant. 

President Obama's Role

Unlike the whole world, which is completely biased against Israel, the United States has a mixed record in its relationship with Israel. (no, I do not believe the United States is a great friend of Israel just because of military aid that comes with strings attached)

In all fairness, President Obama deserves a debt of gratitude by the state of Israel for his role in saving Israeli lives during the Egyptian revolution a few years back.

On 9 September 2011, several thousand protesters forcibly entered the Israeli embassy in Giza, Greater Cairo, after breaking down a recently constructed wall built to protect the compound. The protesters later broke into a police station and stole weapons, resulting in police using tear gas in an attempt to protect themselves. The demonstrators eventually broke through the security wall and entered the offices of the embassy. Six members of the embassy staff, who had been in a "safe room", were evacuated from the site by Egyptian commandos, following the personal intervention of United States President Barack Obama.

But, in his final month in office, President Obama instructed the United States ambassador to abstain from voting while actually intending for the resolution to pass.

The Israelis have been justifiably very critical of President Obama and alleged that he in fact was behind the resolution:

Speaking to Fox News on Sunday, David Keyes said Arab sources, among others, had informed Jerusalem of Obama’s alleged involvement in advancing the resolution.

“We have rather ironclad information from sources in both the Arab world and internationally that this was a deliberate push by the United States and in fact they helped create the resolution in the first place,” Keyes told the US media outlet.

With his successor planning to reverse many of his policies (i.e. Obamacare, immigration, etc.), President Obama's legacy will be his failing attempt to punish Israel.

So, what about the 'America First' anti-globalist doctrine? The United States has and will continue to give Israel billions of dollars of military aid. Shouldn't the United States take a neutral approach to world affairs? For some, Israel is a liability that should be cut off. I would argue that it is in the strategic interest of the United States to keep Israel as a strong ally.

If the big, fat bubble the FED created (according to Mr. Trump) does pop, Mnuchin is the guy who could help unravel all of it. Or Mr. Trump could have cut a deal with wall street. Definition: Arbitrage is the simultaneous purchase and sale of an asset to profit from a difference in the price. It is a trade that profits by exploiting the price differences of identical or similar financial instruments on different markets or in different forms. Arbitrage exists as a result of market inefficiencies.

From today's market activity, there is a significant spread between both the London and Chinese gold prices and an astonishing spread in silver prices.

As of 2:00 PM EST, the Shanghai Gold Exchange is offering  4.3% higher gold price and 12.4% silver price.

What this means is a trader can buy silver on the London Bullion Market at $15.93 and immediately sell on the Shanghai Exchange at $17.91 and make an immediate 12.4% profit.

In light of deterioration of the Chinese yuan (USD/CNY = 6.937),

large inefficiency in the markets such as this are an ominous sign.

In an effort to invalidate the election results, the CIA has claimed the Russian government intervened to help elect Donald Trump win.

Intelligence agencies have identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee and others, including Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, according to U.S. officials. Those officials described the individuals as actors known to the intelligence community and part of a wider Russian operation to boost Trump and hurt Clinton’s chances.

“It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia’s goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected,” said a senior U.S. official briefed on an intelligence presentation made to U.S. senators. “That’s the consensus view.”'

Let's put aside how the CIA has a history of lying to the public since its inception, they even lie to their own employees!!


‘Eyewash’: How the CIA deceives its own workforce about operations - Washington Post, January 31, 2016

'Senior CIA officials have for years intentionally deceived parts of the agency workforce by transmitting internal memos that contain false information about operations and sources overseas, according to current and former U.S. officials who said the practice is known by the term “eyewash.”

Agency veterans described the tactic as an infrequent but important security measure, a means of protecting vital secrets by inserting fake communications into routine cable traffic while using separate channels to convey accurate information to cleared recipients.

But others cited a significant potential for abuse. Beyond the internal distrust implied by the practice, officials said there is no clear mechanism for labeling eyewash cables or distinguishing them from legitimate records being examined by the CIA’s inspector general, turned over to Congress or declassified for historians.

Senate investigators uncovered apparent cases of eyewashing as part of a multi-year probe of the CIA’s interrogation program, according to officials who said that the Senate Intelligence Committee found glaring inconsistencies in CIA communications about classified operations, including drone strikes.'

Nothing would stop CIA staff from lying to any future president.

Fortunately, Mr. Trump has chosen to limit the number of briefings he has received from this corrupt organization. After seeing it morph into a spy agency that overthrew governments, President Truman actually regretted its founding. President Kennedy allegedly said he wanted to smash the CIA 'into a thousand pieces'.

My recommendation to Mr. Trump is to restructure the CIA and move all intelligence operations under direction of the Defense Department. Better for Mr. Trump to kill this organization before they kill him.

India's Cash Ban Is Really a War on Gold

On November 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India declared that the use of existing 500 and 1,000 banknotes would no longer be accepted as valid legal tender. He announced the issuance of new 500 and 2,000 banknotes in exchange for the old banknotes. This decision has wrecked havoc on the Indian population.

'Maids, drivers, nannies, and cooks in India are experiencing unusual politeness from their employers. Beyond the work they do every day, they suddenly have another use – to launder the undeclared cash which the rich have been hoarding in steel wardrobes, under the mattress and in under-bed storage.

This sudden outbreak of niceness is the outcome of India's current crackdown on "black money" - income in the form of cash that has not been declared to the tax authorities. On November 8, the day before Sharma's employer became a lamb, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi scrapped 500 and 1000-rupee notes to root out corruption and force more Indians into the tax net.

In one fell swoop, the tens of millions of rupees that the rich kept at home in these denominations became worthless. If they deposit the money in the bank tax officials will pounce, imposing staggering penalties and taxes.

However until December 30, each Indian is allowed to deposit a smallish sum of 250,000 rupees in such defunct notes in their bank accounts without questions being asked. That is why the rich need the service of the poor.'

Regardless, I agree with Jeff Berwick, in that this move is not about rooting out corruption but about confiscation.

'A few days ago we wrote (here) about how the Reserve Bank of India eliminated 500 and 1000 rupee banknotes from the money supply. These notes represent 20% of the cash value in circulation and 80% of cash outstanding in the country.

The main reason India has been combating cash in conjunction with selling off gold, is because people in the “black” or “free” Indian marketplace were supposedly circumventing the financial system by conducting business and then slowly buying physical gold with large denomination bills.

Since the transactions were not being tracked or monitored, it was much easier to hide earnings from the government trying to extort them. So naturally, being a greedy crime syndicate that operates parasitically on extorted funds, the government is putting a stop to something that it views as an ongoing, expanding threat.

Of course, there’s a reason why Indian women wear their wealth – gold and silver – on their bodies. Indians have been through this before. Indian societies are very old, perhaps the oldest in the world, and they’ve gone through numerous metals confiscations in the past.

Of course, what’s going on is not being described as a “confiscation.” So far, reasons to remove cash are not coordinated. In India, it’s because of “corruption.” In Australia, it’s supposedly because customers simply don’t want or need cash.'

How are Both the Yen and Yuan Falling

In my earlier post back in September, I reviewed the difficulty of the Federal Reserve's role in balancing the needs of both China and Japan's desire for a weaker currency.

Since the US election, both the Chinese yuan and Japanese yen have fallen against the US dollar.

The FED has indicated they will raise interest rates at their December meeting. If the goal of the FED is to strengthen the US dollar, prop up the stock market (like it really needs it) and to raise yields on treasuries, it is a foolish exercise. Eventually, the higher yields have a negative effect on equity markets.

The Washington Post has laughably attempted to continue their false narrative of 'fake news' sites.

This time they referenced a supposedly independent site called 'PropOrNot' which lists 200 websites that were 'knowingly directed and paid by Russian intelligence officers' or that 'were echoing Russian propaganda at any particular point' and that 'they are worthy of further scrutiny'. A quick perusal of this list includes sites run by former Congressman Ron Paul and former Reagan budget director David Stockman. These are two patriotic Americans who I would hardly consider Russian tools. There were curiously no left leaning sites in this list.

Perhaps, we should congratulate the Washington Post for publishing a catalogue of websites for the American public to view in place of the failed mainstream media.

James Woolsey (senior adviser to Donald Trump on national security and intelligence and the former Director of the CIA) signaled a potential concession to China that might seem at odds with Mr. Trump's rhetoric.

On a conciliatory note, he went on to say:

It takes time to change international institutions but we are seeing that change does come. The recent inclusion of the renminbi in the International Monetary Fund’s basket of reserve currencies is one example. The hosting of the G20 meeting in Hangzhou can be viewed as another recognition of China’s leadership role. It is widely accepted in Washington today that the Obama administration’s opposition to the formation of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank was a strategic mistake and I hope that the next administration’s response to the Belt and Road initiative will be much warmer.

Mr. Woolsey's olive branch is really just a way of saying the US is still going to be the superpower but is willing to partner on mutually beneficial initiatives. This in no way contradicts Mr. Trump's accusation of China 'ripping us off' and being a major currency manipulator. China has run up large trade surpluses (via a weaker currency) and has used these surpluses to purchase strategic assets of the United States. In the short term, it may seem that the laws of the free market are working. But, China will use these strategic assets for its own advantage. They will attempt to enhance their own citizen's living standards, further assert their interests globally and threaten American jobs. In addition, the Chinese government has rarely allowed the United States to invest in their own 'strategic' assets.

The concept of "Made in America" is slowly giving way to "Made by China … in America," as Chinese investors are increasingly snatching up U.S.-based companies and assets and raising the eyebrows of some regulators and market spectators.

Since the turn of the new year, Chinese suitors have either announced interest in or closed on several multibillion dollar acquisitions of American institutions, such as General Electric's appliance wing, construction manufacturer Terex, Starwood Hotels, California-based tech company Ingram Micro and finance and production outfit Legendary Entertainment.

Chinese foreign direct investment into the U.S. hit a record $15.7 billion in 2015, up 30 percent from the year prior, according to economic analysts at the Rhodium Group. A separate Rhodium report published last month estimated 83 percent of America's congressional districts were home to some form of Chinese investment.

In few industries is China's investment growth more apparent than real estate. A report published Sunday by the nonprofit Asia Society and the Rosen Consulting Group estimates Chinese buyers between 2010 and 2015 spent at least $93 billion on American residential property, with total expenses rising at an average annual rate of about 20 percent each year.

Over that period, Chinese companies and individuals also bought up at least $17.1 billion in existing office buildings, hotels and other commercial buildings on U.S. soil. By the end of 2015, the report found, China was the source of at least $350 billion in U.S. real estate holdings and investments, and costs for Chinese-backed construction projects in the U.S. had climbed to at least $15 billion.

"Chinese direct investment in U.S. real estate was negligible until 2010 but has since grown dramatically and visibly," the report said. "While it is not as politically sensitive and does not directly impact national security as does Chinese investment in U.S. technology or telecommunications, real estate affects more people and communities and involves policymakers at multiple levels."

China has a vastly divergent culture and government model from the United States. Unless that changes, there is no reason to believe they can become a geopolitical ally such as Germany or Canada. United States government officials should be wary of trade policies (as Mr. Trump is) that could lead to the potential loss of sovereignty to the Chinese. Also, for the United States to maintain its role in world affairs, it must have its own manufacturing base to develop its military equipment and not rely on potential adversaries like China.

Zoomlion joins a growing list of Chinese companies unable to complete acquisitions outside of the country. In a prominent case, Anbang Insurance Group Co. entered into a bidding war with Marriott International Inc. for control of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., but abandoned its $14 billion bid in March citing only “various market considerations.”

Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc. earlier this year rebuffed a $2.5 billion offer from China Resources Microelectronics Ltd and Hua Capital Management Co Ltd. because of concerns over the U.S. approval process. The U.S. chip maker then proceeded with a deal to sell itself to ON Semiconductor for $2.4 billion.

In the interim, China has a massive debt issue that will require some type of currency devaluation. From the chart below, the yuan was valued at 6.80541 to the US dollar as of yesterday. That is the lowest mark since June 2010! A devaluation of the yuan should surprise no one as I previously mentioned the possibility here.

Surprisingly, the US stock market has not yet been affected by any of this. Inevitably, a sustained yuan devaluation (perhaps to 7.2 yuan/dollar or more) will cause a market shock. The Chinese will act as hostage takers and threaten either additional yuan devaluations or a full / partial sales of US treasuries (over > $1 trillion). They will request additional asset sales to prevent any of this. Donald Trump will not be blackmailed or run over by the Chinese. He would devalue the US dollar. Gold will most likely play a monetary role of some kind as specified here. The short term shock will be painful but this event would be beneficial to the long term interests of the United States.

A US Countercoup that Nobody Knows About

On November 1, Dr. Steve Pieczenik announced in a YouTube video that he is part of a network of intelligence officials that are working with Wikileaks to engage in a countercoup to stop Hillary Clinton from becoming President.

For anyone of his stature, it is challenging to really know is if he is telling the truth or engaging in a psyop (he does have a psychiatric degree). In light of the high level of corruption by the Clintons, it would be unsurprising for people in the FBI, CIA, etc. to say enough is enough and to go around their superiors to do what they think is right. Either way, we'll have our answer shortly.

What is more illuminating is that not one mainstream media outlet has covered his video. How could this not be newsworthy?? A member of the intelligence community announces to the world that they are engaging in a countercoup in the Untited States to stop a Presidential candidate from winning an election. The video gets almost 3 million views and no one covers it?? The mainstream media disgraces itself with each passing day.

The Clinton 'Crime Family' is on the Verge of Collapse

James Kallstrom, a former head of the FBI office in New York called the Clintons a 'crime family'.

During a radio interview with John Catsimatidis, former assistant FBI director James Kallstrom heaped praise on Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump before taking aim at the Clintons.

“The Clintons, that’s a crime family, basically,” Kallstrom said. “It’s like organized crime. I mean the Clinton Foundation is a cesspool

“God forbid we put someone like that in the White House,” he added of Clinton.

Scandals always seem to follow the Clintons wherever they go (i.e. Whitewater, Travelgate, Benghazi, private email server, Clinton Foundation, etc..) and they are just too numerous to cover! But wait, how come the Clintons have never been prosecuted for these alleged crimes? Maybe because there is a long trail of suspicious deaths (via suicide or murder) associated with these scandals. My advice to anyone dismissing this as 'conspiracy theory' is to do your own research and 

Google 'Clinton body count'. 

The odds that these deaths are just coincidence or random defy the laws of probability. To date, I have not heard of any suggestion that Donald Trump was ever involved in any suspicious deaths. Granted, there is no smoking gun evidence, but when Mr. Kallstrom called the Clintons a crime family, he may have been insinuating that they do in fact have people murdered to protect themselves. If so, he is courageous for speaking out.

Mr. Kallstrom is likely speaking on behalf of active FBI officials who are furious with FBI Director Comey for not indicting Hillary Clinton. It is no surprise that according to reports, the FBI is under internal strife. The push-back against FBI Director Comey has led to the recent reopening of the investigation.

James Comey's decision to revive the investigation of Hillary Clinton's email server and her handling of classified material came after he could no longer resist mounting pressure by mutinous agents in the FBI, including some of his top deputies, according to a source close to the embattled FBI director.

It will be interesting to watch how this investigation plays itself out. Allegedly, Huma Abedin (Hillary Clinton's assistant) has a file marked 'Life Insurance' on her estranged husband's computer and Eric Braverman (former CEO of the Clinton Foundation) is in hiding. Hint: they know about the body count.

The Most Damaging Wikileaks site is a great compilation of emails implicating Hillary and Bill Clinton.

Regardless, unless there is an indictment soon, this will just be another lost cause.

So, where is the investigative reporting by the mainstream media on this? As Thomas Jefferson once wrote - our liberty depends on the freedom of the press. The alt-media (i.e. Infowars, Breitbart) have been at the forefront.

Hillary Clinton divulged Top Secret nuclear security intelligence to tens of millions of worldwide television audience viewers Wednesday night during the third presidential debate, according to high-ranking Department of Defense personnel.

Clinton, responding to opponent Donald Trump and a question posed by debate moderator Chris Wallace, boasted specific and “damaging” details about the United States’ nuclear response time to retaliate during a nuclear attack. Clinton said:

“Secretary Clinton proved tonight she is unfit to be commander-in-chief,” a top-ranking DOD intelligence source said. “What she did compromises our national security. She is cavalier and reckless and in my opinion should be detained and questioned so we can unravel why she did what she did.”

According to Pentagon sources, the information Clinton disseminated publicly is Top Secret intelligence governed under the U.S. Special Access Program (SAP) which dictates safeguards and protocols for accessing and discussing highly classified and Top Secret intelligence. The specific details of the country’s nuclear response time discussed by Clinton, sources said, are only known by a handful of individuals outside top military brass, including the following “need-to-know” (NTK) officials:

Since nuclear response is part of the sensitive national plan for nuclear war operations, all of its schematics are covered under both “Intelligence SAPs” and “Operation and Support SAPs,” sources said. Both contain Top Secret information.

“Targeting options by ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missiles), air or sea, launch order, launch procedures and response are some of the most secretly guarded tenets of national security and nuclear war policy,” a Pentagon source said. “It’s truly incredible that (nuclear) response time as part of an ERO (Emergency Response Option) is now out there in the public domain to our adversaries.”

U.S. Defense sources said according to developed U.S. counterintelligence, military officials in China, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Iran and even actors like ISIS had no previous definitive intelligence to determine the U.S. nuclear response time, especially during an ERO, prior to Clinton’s admission Wednesday night. Sources reluctantly acknowledged her calculations were accurate.

“Any time frame calculated would have merely been an educated hypothesis, absent leaked documents and there have been no such breaches,” the DOD source said.

Mrs. Clinton has steadfastly laid blame on the recent Wikileaks hacking revelations on Russia. She even had the chutzpah to call Mr. Trump a 'puppet' of the Russian government. Unsurprisingly, her confirmation is more hot air.

The Fact That 17 Intelligence Agencies Confirmed Russia is Behind the Email Hacks Isn’t Actually…a Fact - Rebooting Capitalism, October 20, 2016

The “17 agencies that actually confirmed” it was the Russians? Well it turns out that was one guy, namely DCI James Clapper: the head of US intelligence. The same man who committed perjury before congress after his NSA surveillance program was leaked.  He  issued a statement that included the phrase:

We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia’s senior-most officials could have authorized these activities.

The very next sentence is also of interest:

Some states have also recently seen scanning and probing of their election-related systems, which in most cases originated from servers operated by a Russian company. However, we are not now in a position to attribute this activity to the Russian Government.

The word “confirmed” does not appear anywhere in this statement.

So when HRC stated the “17 intelligence agencies have confirmed” I was anticipating what that would turn up in the “fact checking” apparatus, which allegedly exists to objectively test the assertions of both candidates in real time.

So, we must be in some kind of upside down universe where the candidate that actually damages national security implies that her opponent is a traitor and unfit to become President.

Conspiracy Theorists are Vindicated - Shadow Government Proven True

Numerous members of the media critiqued Donald Trump's comments at a rally in West Palm Beach, Fl last week. As referenced here, he charged that Hillary Clinton meets 'in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special interest friends and her donors'. This week's FBI release vindicates the so-called 'conspiracy theorists' who have claimed that a secret force actually dictates government policy.

New FBI release on Clinton email probe refers to 'Shadow Government' - CNBC, October 17, 2016

One revelation in the documents came from an interview with an unidentified person who suggested that Freedom of Information Act requests related to Clinton went through a group sometimes called "the Shadow Government."

"There was a powerful group of very high-ranking STATE officials that some referred to as 'The 7th Floor Group' or 'The Shadow Government.' This group met every Wednesday afternoon to discuss the FOIA process, Congressional records, and everything CLINTON-related to FOIA/Congressional inquiries," the FBI's interview summary said.

That group, according to the summary, argued for a Clinton document release to be conducted all at once "for coordination purposes" instead of on a rolling basis as would normally be the case. But the "Shadow Government" did not get its way, and the agency in charge decided for a rolling release, the FBI summary said.

Let's make one thing clear, none of these statements are even remotely anti-Semitic. They are completely true - for further reference go here and here. Anyone making anti-Semitic claims is either a tool for the global elites, severely misinformed or a complete fool.

In addition, Mr. Trump is in company with many prominent politicians who have alluded to 'conspiracies'.

President Eisenhower referenced the Military–industrial complex right before the end of his 2nd term:

President John F. Kennedy in his Address before the American Newspaper Publishers Association on April 27, 1961 referenced 'secret societies' and a 'monolithic and ruthless conspiracy' (no, he was not referring to the Soviet Union).

The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Senator Daniel Inouye (United States Senator from Hawaii from 1963 to 2012) spoke about a 'shadowy Government' during the Iran-Contra hearings.

[There exists] a shadowy Government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.

Congressman Larry McDonald was called 'the most principled man in Congress' by Congressman Ron Paul and said:

[T]he drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create a one-world government, combining super-capitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control ... Do I mean conspiracy? Yes I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent."

President Kennedy was born into a family of great wealth. He served honorably in World War II. Although he came from a privileged background, he was never an elitist. He became president and saw things that needed to change. His pursuit of making those changes cost him his life. With the shackles being taken off, Donald Trump is identifying the real problems with our country and is trying to make a difference. There can be no substantive argument that his election is a scam and that he is working on the side for the Clintons or for the global elite. Let's hope he is successful.

Are we heading for war with Russia?

US Army Chief Mark Milley did his best General Buck Turgidson (see Dr. Strangelove) impersonation this week when he threatened war with Russia.

Only yesterday four Nato nations were forced to scramble fighter jets when Russia sent two bombers on a sabre-rattling run around Western Europe.

And yesterday Milley roared: “I want to be clear to those that wish to do us harm.

"I want be clear to those around the world who want to destroy our way of life and those of our friends and allies.

"The US military, despite all our challenges, will stop you, and we will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before.

“We will destroy any enemy, anywhere, any time.”

Milley added: “Other countries like Russia, China, Iran and North Korea went to school on us and closely watched how we fought.

“They are rapidly modernising their militaries today to avoid our strengths in the hope of defeating us at some point in the future.”

Maybe General Milley should wake up to the fact that there will be no winner if a war between the United States and Russia goes nuclear.

Bottom-line is that Russia will not back down. Is it really in the United States' interest to risk a conventional or nuclear war with Russia over Syria? Is it really going to destroy our way of life if the military does not intervene?

Fortunately, members of the armed forces have previously stood up to the President (or whoever else is making the decisions).
